On this episode, Linda and Dana talk to Zack Ferrell about how hiring an admin assistant last year helped him sell $200K more than the previous year. Zack started out in real estate when he was 21, and grew his sphere of influence by calling FSBOs and expireds. After growing his database through cold calls, his friends started buying homes as well and he had a large client base. His business grew to a place where 85% of his deals were from referral, and after bringing on a buyer's agent, he decided the next hire should be an admin. That decision paid off very well, making him 4 times his investment in her salary. Zack also shares how being a relationships person helped him grow his business, and how he created a huge presence in one area of town where almost all people who list their home on a certain street use him for the sale.
