The definition of focus is the center of interest or activity.  Other similar words are nucleus, backbone, anchor and basis. In this episode, Linda McKissack and Dana Gentry talk about how to focus on the most productive actions to obtain the best results. By utilizing accountability, time blocking, and energy, you can improve your focus.
