They discuss how the nutrition industry has been obsessed with saying breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but how that idea has been challenged as Intermittent Fasting has been studied more frequently. Amanda shares how she became a fan of fasting and how she incorporates 16:8 fasts as well as 24 hour fasts into her program. She and Dana talk about the flexibility of her program, how you can do one or two rounds and then take a break, or you can continue to stay in the group, and how the group aspect helps so much with accountability.
