Welcome to Everything Life and Real Estate where Linda McKissack and Dana Gentry share their tips and strategies to enhance your business and life.

Oct 8, 2019

When you are exploring the idea of working with a partner, keep these pros and cons in mind when making your decision. Either way, have a plan that utilizes models and systems to reach your goals.  If you are considering a partnership, get clear on the expectations. Use Career Visioning as a guide to really get to know the person before you partner with them in business. Pitfalls in partnerships happen when one person outworks the other person. Decide up front how to get out of business with your partner.  Have an operating agreement that spells out how to get out of business before you ever begin. Get clear on what you want to accomplish. Have an end goal that is so big and bright that it will pull you through the hard stuff.
