Aaron shares how he grew up reading books about wealth building, and real estate was always mentioned, so as an adult, he set out to sell real estate. He grew a significant business, but after his mother suffered a brain bleed, he moved to another city to help her, and had to regrow his business from scratch. He explains how this re-building process taught him four truths about real estate: It’s a sales business, the money isn’t in the services, it’s in the selling of the service, all the leverage is on the listing side, and you only get paid to PLAN.
