Listings help leverage your time because you are marketing and prospecting for buyers, rather than spending time driving and showing homes to buyers. Listings help you build your brand name recognition through marketing. If you have a lot of listings, you have a lot of signs in the yards. Listings sell if they are priced right for the condition of the home and the comparable properties in the market, resulting in consistent income.
